What is my Verification Code?

Your Verification Code (V-Code) is a special number printed directly on your credit card by the issuing authority. Since this number does not appear on statements or receipts, knowing the V-Code ensures that the person using your card has physical possesion of the card. This security measure prevents unauthorized use of your credit card by someone who may obtain your account number without your knowledge.

	Visa & MasterCard A three-digit, non-embossed number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following the account number.
	American Express A four-digit, non-embossed number printed near the top-right of the embossed account number on the face of your card.
