Order totals over $75.00 (merchandise only) qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. Orders less than $75.00 will be charged freight which is calculated automatically before you confirm an order, based on the weight of the order and your geographic location. Orders containing perishable items will be shipped UPS 2-Day (shipping costs additional) depending on your geographic location. If you are in the 1 or 2 Day UPS delivery zones, your order will be shipped Ground. All others will be shipped UPS 2-Day unless you choose otherwise.  All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (Alaska & Hawaii only), and you will have options on shipping such as: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight (USPS: Priority or Standard Post). The cost will adjust automatically with your choice. Once you have determined that the shipping is satisfactory, you can then process the order.

NOTE: Many of our products are perishable and during warm weather must be shipped 2nd-day or priority (with Ice Pack Protection) to ensure quality and freshness.

We provide a general cushion of 2-3 business days for shipping to allow us to accommodate all of our customers in a timely manner. In 90% of the time, we are actually able to ship orders in 1-2 business days.

All of our orders are shipped from Hauppauge, New York.

• If you receive an item that is either damaged or we shipped incorrectly, we will credit you or replace it at our expense. All claime must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
NOTE: No returns on seasonal merchandise or special order merchandise! Special order items cannot be cancelled once your order is placed!

• If you receive an item that you just don’t want or decide that it is not what you thought it would be when you ordered, you may ship it back, at your expense, for a refund less a 10% re-stocking fee. There are NO REFUNDS for orders that are picked up at our warehouse.

• All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us at 866-457-8668 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.

• NOTE: There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns for credit.

No, we do not have a print catalog. We carry far too many items that are constantly changing, to commit them to a catalog. We are able to keep the information current on all of our items on the website.

Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as a credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server.
