How much will shipping be for my order?
A:
There is no standard or flat rate for shipping. It is calculated automatically before you confirm an order, based on the weight of the order and your geographic location. All of our orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (Alaska & Hawaii only), and you will have options on shipping such as: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Overnight (USPS: Priority or Standard Post). The cost will adjust automatically with your choice. Once you have determined that the shipping is satisfactory, you can then process the order.

NOTE: Many of our products are perishable and during warm weather must be shipped 2nd-day or priority to ensure quality and freshness.

No, there is no point in which we offer free shipping.

Why will it take so long for my order to ship?
A:
We provide a general cushion of 2-3 business days for shipping to allow us to accommodate all of our customers in a timely manner. In 90% of the time, we are actually able to ship orders in 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?
A:
• If you receive an item that is either damaged or we shipped incorrectly, we will credit you or replace it at our expense.
NOTE: No returns on seasonal merchandise or special order merchandise! Special order items cannot be cancelled once your order is placed!
• If you receive an item that you just don’t want or decide that it is not what you thought it would be when you ordered, you may ship it back, at your expense, for a refund. There are NO REFUNDS for orders that are picked up at our warehouse.
• All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please call us at 866-971-3360 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
NOTE: There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns for credit.

Do you have a print catalog that you can send out?
A:
No, we do not have a print catalog. We carry far too many items that are constantly changing, to commit them to a catalog. We are able to keep the information current on all of our items on the website.

A:
Our website uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Any personal information you submit on our site, such as a credit card number, is encrypted and sent over a secure connection from your computer to our server.
