How much will shipping be for my order?

There is no standard or flat rate for shipping.
It is calculated automatically before you confirm an order,
based on the weight of the order and your geographic location.
All of our orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS, and you will have options
on shipping such as: ground, priority or overnight. The cost
will adjust automatically with your choice. Once you have determined
that the shipping is satisfactory, you can then process the order.
NOTE: Many of our products are perishable and during warm weather must be shipped 2nd-day or priority to ensure quality and freshness.  |

We provide a general cushion of 4-5 days for shipping to
allow us to accommodate all of our customers in a timely manner.
In 90% of the time, we are actually able to ship orders in 1-2 days.

• If you receive an item that is either damaged or we shipped incorrectly,
we will credit you or replace it at our expense.
NOTE: No returns on seasonal merchandise or special order merchandise! Special order items cannot be cancelled once your order is placed!
• If you receive an item that you just
don’t want or decide that it is not what you thought it would be when you ordered,
you may ship it back, at your expense, for a refund.
• All returns must be requested within 7 days of
receipt of merchandise. Please call us at 866-971-3360 for a return
authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this
number.

No, we do not have a print catalog.
We carry far too many items that are constantly changing,
to commit them to a catalog. We are able to keep the information current
on all of our items on the website.
