Halloween Spooktacular Event of the Week!
Ya’ll, these Halloween parties that I’m coming across online are just too much to handle. They are all so well-done and creative. It’s amazing that this one holiday can inspire so much creativity and so many different styles of events. Here is one of my favorites from Lillian Hope Designs.
This event has such a great mix of sweet and spooky – perfect for a kid-friendly party. The colors pop, and the food looks gorgeous, and all of the details are just perfect.
I love the green chevron backdrop and how chevron is used at various places through the event decor. That’s one trend I hope doesn’t go away soon. As Kara Abrahamsen explained on Kara’s Party Ideas, most of these items came from Target, Hobby Lobby and the Dollar Tree and were spruced up with spray paint and glitter. And the adorable witch hat cookies? Yeah, so easy her 7-year-old daughter made them from a recipe on Barb Schram’s Blog.
The printables from this party were created by Lillian Hope Designs and can be purchased at her Etsy shop here. Check out ALL of the amazing printables and designs in her store – they’re all amazing! And those of your out there in Oklahoma City who need a party planner – use Kara at Lillian Hope Designs!
One thing that would be great with this party is some candy on display. Here are some of our favorite green and purple candies that would work well with this party theme:
- Lime Green Shimmer Sixlets
- Apple Green Pop Rocks
- Green Milkies
- Purple Sixlets
- Purple and White Tiny Twist Pops
- Purple Milkies
And for good measure, throw in a bright orange or black candy, and you’ve got a great Halloween Candy Buffet!
