Carob chips are a great substitute for chocolate or cocoa powder in cakes, cookies and candy. They're often used and easily substituted for chocolate chips in cookies and muffins because they are so similar in taste to chocolate. Carob chips are naturally delicious! The ingredients are as follows: sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, carob powder, sorbitan monostearate (an emulsifier), soy lecithin (an emulsifier).
